Favourite stuffie brands

Hi all,

I'm wondering what everyones favourite stuffie brands are?

I accidentally started collecting Jellycat bunnies but now I'm obsessed because they are perfect and soft and so huggable.

But I'm also obsessed with Charlie Bears because they're so pretty but I feel like they're a looking at stuffie not a for cuddling.

If you have a favourite stuffie please show them off, I'll be posting mine when I'm at home.

I don’t actually have a favorite brand. All my stuffies are rescues from my local thrift shop. Second-hand is my favorite brand if that counts because I get sad that there’s stuffies with no home that got given away Edited by RavenclawPrincess

Thats actually so cool! I used to rescue stuffies and turn them into therapy stuffies (I made them weighted). I'll have to remember second hands shops for future stuffie adoptions.

Most of my stuffies were made by mom when I was a baby. I do like Soft Buddies because they have this calming smell. Other's I get from my friends as a gift.

I love Jellycat plushies too! I really want a Jellycat octopus someday.

I'm a huge Pokemon nerd so I have a little collection of Pokemon plush going - the fabric they're made out of is the softest thing, but some Pokemon come in weird, not-quite-huggable body shapes...

I used to love Classic Ty back in the day, but the recent Ty plushies with the garish designs and giant eyes and sparkles and crap are just...eh. I have one big-eyed Ty plush and I love him but it's rare that one of those catches my eye.

I want to get some Douglas cuddle toys, they're so lovely!

Aren’t Jellycats the best? I’m waiting till they make a really big octopus before I get one. I saw the small one in a store last week and it’s so cute but I really want a massive one.

Build-a-bear and Dakin. Specifically, BABs from around 2013 and earlier, and 70s and 80s Dakin. I love thick fur, that you can pet and pull apart and not see or feel the mesh fabric underneath the fluff. Dakin is best known for their Garfield plushies, like the old window cling one. I thrift thick furred plushies when I can, and those ones don't usually disappoint.post-154894-0-70275100-1593664134_thumb.jpg

Edit: Here are some of my other favorites. Unfortunately Kenner's Care Bears are only particularly soft when they're basically brand new.
