Daddyprof Posted April 18, 2020 Report Posted April 18, 2020 What about introducing him to this forum as a way of helping to show your interest. There are some great posts and resources here! 1
black_diamond Posted April 18, 2020 Author Report Posted April 18, 2020 I’ve tried sending him articles and giving advice on things I like when he does. He doesn’t seem like he wants to learn. 1
Guest orb Posted April 18, 2020 Report Posted April 18, 2020 It can be hard to work up the nerve and it's normal to be embarrassed, but it's also really important to sit down and talk. Find out if he's interested in it or just being supportive. 2

Guest cutelittlealice Posted April 19, 2020 Report Posted April 19, 2020 I vote on asking him directly. Communication is key, just talk to him about it. imo you’re not gonna get anywhere without putting time aside to sit down, express what you want. And if after the conversation, he doesn’t want to do it, respect his wishes, not everyone is comfortable with it. 1
