Night time little guide
Night time for littles can be really scary so here are some tips to help you through a rough nights sleep 
General sleep problems
Grab a pillow or stuffie 
Dont eat right before you go to sleep! 
If you’re afraid of the dark, have a light, lamp, or night light on
Have one stuffie on guard while you cuddle another one 
Have less caffine
Get natural light during the day
If you’re trying to sleep, get off the device!!!!
More complicated problems/nightmares
Reach out to friends
Remember its all in the dream
Reach out to family
Consider a sleeping aid medication
Ask to video call with a friend or significant other
Get a head start on sleeping so you can fall asleep at a decent time 
Get into a routine
Remember this beautiful community is here for you and that so many of us have our messages over if you need help or advice. Take care of yourself in whatever way you can, and a good first step is a good nights sleep.
