If you’re afraid of the dark, have a light, lamp, or night light on Have one stuffie on guard while you cuddle another one Have less caffine Get natural light during the day If you’re trying to sleep, get off the device!!!!More complicated problems/nightmares Reach out to friends Remember its all in the dream Reach out to family Consider a sleeping aid medication Ask to video call with a friend or significant other Get a head start on sleeping so you can fall asleep at a decent time Get into a routineRemember this beautiful community is here for you and that so many of us have our messages over if you need help or advice.
