Pen Pals?

Hi my littles,

 

I had a curious thought today, does anyone else out there sometimes think it would be kinda neat to have an old fashioned pen pal? Email and Facebook are cool and instant and all that, but does anyone else really like stationary, cards, and stickers? I’ve been dying to do the Flat Stanley project for years now! Anyone else, just me?

Right! What kind of stuff are u into? I’ve read about all kinds of fun things you can send in the mail, like paper dolls and coloring pages.

I love letters.  I have a wall of letters that always makes me feel all sorts of emotions.  I send letters regularly but unfortunately a lot of people either read too much into letters (a lot of people seem to think that all letters are love letters lol) or they just think it is a weird burden having to read and respond.  bleck.  But I still write letters when I get the chance, nowadays only for holidays and birthdays ect.

i've had a couple penpals but it seems to be a one sided thing with me. I send out letters/care packages and no one ever sends anything back so I havent bothered in a while lol. I still have a little box full of stickers and ttrinkets that i used to send with my letters

I would love to do this but I want to wait until quarantine is over and also want to get a mailbox that is seperate from my house. I was definitely think about this recently though!

I would love to! The only thing is I don't have any of that right now, so I'll have to see if I can afford any.

I like vintage stationary, like Neopets and classic Care Bears, so I'd be hard pressed to find a little pen pal who fits my aesthetic. I also don't own much stationary.

I love the idea of having a pen pal. I've never had one before but love letters. I've been really into wax seals too and find them super fun but don't have chances  to use them. I would love to be pen pals, especially with another Little.
