Some questions about pacifiers!

Ok so I want to adjust baby pacis to adult, and so I have some questions:

1. Do you know where I can get adult pacifier teats affordably? (I only like the clear silicone kind btw!)

2. How can I remove the teat from a baby paci without breaking it?? I've tried with one or two and ended up creaking them before I could put on the adult teat >.<

3. Are there any teats that can stand some biting? I just love to nibble on them, and I've punctured a few...

I personally use LittleForBigs candy gloss silicone pacis, they are fantastic. I think LFB also sells individual teats but I'm not really sure.

Little for big all the way! I really cant give info on switching the shield out to a baby one but I know people do it. I think some people use Nuko and use a little screwdriver to pop it put. You can get the silicone nipples on amazon or the little for big website. They for sure hold up to chewing because I am the same. The also have nice thicker silicone in places to make it hold shape. Hope this helped!

I know there are shops on etsy that sell adult sized pacifiers that are really cute! You may also find some on amazon
