Tasherz Posted February 23, 2020 Report Posted February 23, 2020 Hi everyone! Not sure if there are other posts like this if there are let me know and I'm sorry for the duplicate but I'm honestly curious! I know that alot of people change what they enjoy eating when they are in their little space compared to normal and others don't change at all... But has anyone noticed a chance in their habit for eating. For example, I noticed yesterday that I ate less food more often while spending my day in little space. It was like I was getting full or maybe just being "done" eating sooner. Has anyone else run into anything like this? Or anything else.food related that they want to share? Honestly super curious! Thanks yous all for the help!❤️
PigtailPrincess Posted February 23, 2020 Report Posted February 23, 2020 Not sure if this fits but it is food related so I figured I would share. Little snack size or other "little" foods can often be either unhealthy, expensive, or just a ridiculous portion for an adult. Sooo we buy regular size containers of healthy things I like to eat and then buy cute patterned little plastic bags to make my own little space snacks that keep me in that mindset. 1
Tasherz Posted February 23, 2020 Author Report Posted February 23, 2020 Hi pigtail, That makes alot of sense! Even for myself I prefer to cut up my veggies or fruit so that they are smaller and a more appropriate size for little me! 2
MasterPhotog Posted February 23, 2020 Report Posted February 23, 2020 @ Natashers, since being in littlespace is being in a special and unique state of mind, it's okay for some littles to enjoy eating differently which may include eating less, more or less but more often, or the other way around while other littles continue their usual eating routine. In addition, I fully agree with Pigtial Princess that 'Little snack size or other "little" foods can often be either unhealthy, expensive, or just a ridiculous portion for an adult'. This also applies to buying anything 'travel size'. Yes, it's best to buy regular size healthy food packages and divide them up in smaller reusable containers. Important thing is to remember to eat well and to eat healthy. Hope it helps. 1

LittleTeacup Posted February 24, 2020 Report Posted February 24, 2020 I especially like eating with my hands when feeling more little. I don't care how messy my hands get. (Ok I do but it's well past the point other adults might care.) Exception is spoon things like oatmeal. Fruit, veggies, cheese, sandwiches, salads (no dressings), chicken leg, sushi etc is good hand food Oatmeal and other hot cereals, yogurt, soup, etc good spoon food Oh, and if I'm alone and have a whole fish (guts removed) do not doubt my willingness to tear it into pieces and pick the bones out with my hands, or even eat the bones if they're small and/or soft enough. My brother has called me an animal before. 1
