Daddy, I know I sometimes stray too far from you.

And sometimes I just wanna be a big girl and not bug you.

But I know when you hold me close you just want me to be safe.

When we latch hands, I can feel your protection for me.

When I'm bratty and don't always follow the rules, I can feel your sadness.

It is only because you want me to do well.

At the end of the day daddy knows best.

And only wants the best for me.

Daddy I promise to be the best girl I can be, because daddy knows best.
