Guest punkinbuttprincess Posted February 6, 2020 Report Posted February 6, 2020 Hi... I'm starting it from scratch and I'm just looking for good ideas and some suggestions, all help is appreciated
EvieTheOne Posted February 6, 2020 Report Posted February 6, 2020 'ello..x have you looked up some templates on google already? if not, you'll find daily, weekly, and I think even monthly ones, or I might be wrong on that last note and those refer only to the amateur gardening ones I follow
Guest frozenwolf Posted February 6, 2020 Report Posted February 6, 2020 I know it's dumb but cover your basics first then add from that. You might be surprised just how many those things alone will net you.
Guest punkinbuttprincess Posted February 6, 2020 Report Posted February 6, 2020 It's not dumb! I fank u boff for ur input and ideas... I haven't looked at any templates either. I will do that too 1
RainDoeSprinkles Posted February 7, 2020 Report Posted February 7, 2020 Hi! I had fun making mine from scratch! I used poster board, and Microsoft Word, Smart Art. I used pastel colored crayons to create a simple, colorful background on the poster board first. Then I made some lists of activities and chores I knew I would need to do everyday. Then, using Smart Art, I picked a template that worked for making a list with a little picture next to each item. After I typed in an activity or chore, I had fun looking online for a picture that fit the chore; one that made me happy. For example, my snack time one has a picture of Cookie Monster! So after I got some of my lists done on the computer, I printed them, glued them to a small piece of poster board, or lightweight cardboard, laminated it with clear packing tape, and cut out each individual chore or activity. Now I had a pile of little, rectangular cards, each with an activity and a cute picture! After that, I used Velcro tape to stick them onto my poster. The great thing is, you can move your cards around in any order to fit your day. You can make as many cards for as many activities as you want, and keep them all in a container near the chart. When I complete a task, I have a bunch of tiny clothes pins, each with a puffy sticker on the tip that I clip onto the end of my card. Or, you could just remove the card when its done. But I like the stickers, 'cause they are cute and colorful! You can decorate your chart anyway you like, and give it a title that makes you feel little and adorable!
RainDoeSprinkles Posted February 7, 2020 Report Posted February 7, 2020 I tried a bunch of times to upload a picture of my chart, but it kept saying my file was too large. Hmm, Maybe I'll figure it out later!
RainDoeSprinkles Posted February 7, 2020 Report Posted February 7, 2020 Ok, Now let's see if this works! I'll try to post the photo of my chore/activity chart! 1
