Target and forever 21 normally have a lot of cute pastel stuff

Right now the brand Wild Fable has alot of cute pastel items at Target.

This dress with a cute lace under shirt would be super cute. Heck even on it's own would be adorable. You can also always wear your hair in some pig tails add some cute scrunchies and hair clips and it can add that little vibe as well.

One of my favorite things is wearing little ish themed items like hello kitty or other sanrio character jewelry. I made a few clay charms that give me that small feelings.

Oh and I cant forget lacy socks! These just always make any outfit feel much more little

And to top it off a stuffed animal purse! This one is a bunny but there are all different kinds and colors to go with any outfit.

A good trick. Get some of those little for big onesies or just any snap onesies and you can wear some short shorts, jeans or skirts with them. You get to keep the cute little pattern and look fly and dapper at the same time.

Ps. To really nail the look and the sudden change of fashion. You can add some thigh high socks or leather garters.

I'm from Canada where the weather makes no sense ever so I feel ya! I'm not really a pastel person myself but I'll try and be of help....

H&M's current collection is going through kind of a pastel phase right now, I walked in the other day and was scared of all the pink : p  Forever 21 is also a good "in the mall" store like people have said.

As for online, In Control clothing is pretty neat, and I've bought a thing or two off Modakawa. Aliexpress has great stuff for cheap prices, but BE CAREFUL with Wish. I've personally had no problems with it but that's because I've been smart about it, not to sound full of myself.  Check carefully what people say about the sizing of items, and try to go for items that a lot of people have already bought. Also, don't expect something that costs, say, $5, to be made of the best quality fabric.  I love all the things I've got off there, but you do get what you pay for, so if you keep that in mind you'll be good!

I buy from a lot of Taobao shops personally, but navigating those can be a pain in the butt if you can't read Chinese. There are lots of guides on how to do it though!

As for cute jeans or jean shorts - I don't know if you enjoy stuff like this, but putting your own applique patches, cute embroidery, rhinestone designs, or trim on them can make an ordinary pair into a super cute one! You can find a lot of the supplies you'd need for this in the dollar shop!

And never underestimate the thrift store!  :D

My favorite clothing shop for kawaii clothes is https://ddlgworld.net/ - Has a huge variety of pastel colored items & much of it is really high quality with amazing prices. Highly recommend.
