Share your honest thoughts about what you want. Not all Daddies, littles or relationships are the same so a generic list from the Internet wont be the same as you honestly sharing what youd like out of the relationship.

I have but he goes in and out of the caregiving state. He’s negligent but not on purpose. He forgets my little age.

A list won't really solve him being/not being a caregiver, that's more an indicator of a need for a relationship meta talk.

 

If he's forgetting your little age that has perhaps more to do with commitment and investment versus a list of activities.
