Princess-Sarah Posted September 23, 2015 Report Posted September 23, 2015 Trying to figure out what is the best thing to do. My daddy works a lot and trys to make as much time as he can for me I just know I want to leave him surprises for him so he knows i still love him even if we don't get a lot of time due to distance, work, and his son.
Guest MyDaddyMyWorld Posted September 23, 2015 Report Posted September 23, 2015 He doesn't need "stuff", he needs a text through the day saying "daddy I love you!!". Something like a note on the fridge when you're together, a greetings card through the post, a picture of you smiling, simple things like that
LittleAki Posted September 23, 2015 Report Posted September 23, 2015 The best thing Daddies need is really just small reminders during the day/week that you are thinking of them, miss them, and lots of cute things. Drawings/colorings sent through snail mail, a photo texted of something you found cute that reminded you of him, things like that. My Daddy is overseas at the moment, so I send him care packages of snacks, pages I've colored, notes (the "to be read when..." ones are good), and we have an app where I can message him whenever I want and when he has internet access he knows I've been thinking of him.
