clo_oh Posted December 13, 2019 Report Posted December 13, 2019 (edited) Hello everyone! I am a little and I currently do not have a CG, so I was wondering if anyone has rules I could make for myself so I don't do anything to bad while I'm in little space. I tend to do a lot of things like staying up to late while in little space, or I will not follow a good and healthy food, morning, or night routine. any and all suggestions are welcome! lil.mx.piggy Posted December 14, 2019 Report Posted December 14, 2019 - Drink "blank" amount of water a day - Bed by 11 or 12, I think this should be depending on your daily schedule also - Brush teeth after breakfast and before bed, at least before bed. - Take a shower before breakfast - Do 30 minutes of cardio, this can easily be done by looking up at home cardio routines on YouTube and it helps your heart - Practice positive reflection, tell yourself something you did good that day - Eat at least one healthy component in every single meal, this can be hard for lots of little i know... it's hard to want to not go crazy on junkie food when feeling smol lol That's really all I can think of. I do the same stuff, just not cardio and my bed time doesnt exist. But I'm working more towards self care kind of rules because I feel they're important 2
Guest Relentlessoptimist Posted December 14, 2019 Report Posted December 14, 2019 Get 8 hours of sleep every day on a set schedule. Adjust your wake up and sleep times to this. Do cardio 30 as suggested above or bodyweight fitness exercises. Eat some healthy foods. Have a treat day 1-2 times per week. For 1 meal each of those days. (Any food you want). Lay lur your clothes for the next say everyday. Have everything you need for the following day packed or ready to pack before you go to bed. Turn off or dont use your electronics 1 hour before bed time. Read a story or color or do anything else. The light from your devices will reduce the good sleep you get. If you want, depending on what you do, incorporate a bit of little clothing in your clothing, like cute underwear or bra's. Spend 5 minutes every night and every morning being grateful for everything good in your life. Write out the night before things you have to do the following day. Every week on sunday review your week and plan the next one. Spend time thinking about what you want in different categories of your life. Find someone or build a plan yourself on how you might achieve that. Cut down on sweets and chocolate. When you are feeling down, make yourself a hot chocolate, have stuffies around you, and watch a nice disney or princess movie. 4
