Guest Peachy Paisley Posted December 6, 2019 Report Posted December 6, 2019 I am super bad at communicating in person, I have a lot of thoughts in my head but when I try to actually voice them...they sometimes fall flat. So here is some stuff I do/have done for my daddy to help cheer him up, make him laugh, or just show him I care without using much words. Would love to hear what others do, or what daddies have had their littles do that just make them feel all nice & special that is more action based than word based (but words work fine too!). Some stuff I have done that seems to go over well with my daddy: post-it notes on his desk or his lunch with kind words or cute doodles (link has good ones!) origami envelope with a cute note inside surprising him at the door after work in a cute/sexy outfit buying him a cheesy singing card that will make him laugh surprising him with his favourite baked treat or meal leaving him notes all over the house for a week leading up to his birthday about all the things I love & cherish about him washing & ironing his work clothes using the alphabet & listing 26 good things about him in alphabetical order (very good on bad days!) telling him silly stories at bedtime asking if we can *play* humming to him and stroking his hair while cuddling (he needs attention too!) calling him handsome & smart drawing him pictures of people he is annoyed at (usually with something unfortunate happening, like them stubbing their toe repeatedly, or always stepping into water with clean socks on) booping his nose or sticking my tongue at him (we do this in public a lot) helping him wash up in the shower making sure he has fresh water by the bed at bedtime singing "you are my sunshine" to him when he is feeling down helping him with outside chores (even when I can't be of much help he always enjoys the company) getting his coffee ready in the morning if I wake up before him 5
Guest QueenJellybean Posted December 7, 2019 Report Posted December 7, 2019 these are all great, super cute ideas! i'd also like to add one of my favorite things for my long distance daddy -- i like to pick up things that remind me of him here and compile them to send in a package, randomly. not for any reason other than that i'm thinking of him it helps me feel like i'm including him in my every moment.
sxnnysxge Posted December 8, 2019 Report Posted December 8, 2019 I also do post it notes and care packages for my daddy! Also, we’re long distance and whenever he’s taking an exam or will be gone for a while, I’ll text him a long sweet paragraph for him to come back/wake up to ) also, letting him lay on my chest and rubbing his back when we’re together works wonders for him
Metalheaddaddy Posted December 11, 2019 Report Posted December 11, 2019 The best thing my little does for me is wake my ass up when she knows I'm sleeping too late and need to get ready for work
Guest HisBabySunny Posted December 17, 2019 Report Posted December 17, 2019 This is so wonderful, thank you for sharing! I'm a brand new little and my Daddy is so kind and wonderful and I have been at a loss for small things I can do for him, I feel like he does so much for me and I want to reciprocate.
