I do it too for anger & try to for some other situations, but those don't seem to work as well. lol
Guest QueenJellybean Posted December 3, 2019 Report Posted December 3, 2019 distraction is a really useful tool for me. definitely utilize some anxiety breathing -- there are some really great calming tips and tools online for guided breathing. coloring a calming creation might be good, too.
MrDaddydarnit Posted December 3, 2019 Report Posted December 3, 2019 distraction is the only real way. but deep breaths works a bit. I mean if we are talking trying not to spam someone who isn't answering, watching a binge worthy show or playing video games works every time.
