CodeName: Trouble Posted November 17, 2019 Report Posted November 17, 2019 There are allot of subtle thing you can do to help you feel little in public without it being obvious! I have a tiny lion stuffie key chain that I keep on my purse so I can pet/hold onto it when i get stressed - keeping cute water bottles, decorating a purse or backpack with cute pins or other stuff that matches your interests, wearing super fluffy cute socks, changing your phone theme to something cute.... I have certain pieces of jewelry that I associate with my little identity as well and I find those extra comforting when going to things like doctor visits or interviews. My favorite is a charm bracelet my best friend/soul sister made for me it has charms on it that match my interests and its a good thing to fidget with when I'm nervous and wearing it makes me feel little I believe there are other similar topics floating around here as well, so I'm sure if you looked around you can find more ideas too! 2
LittleTeacup Posted November 18, 2019 Report Posted November 18, 2019 Hi I'm a personality little. Being little is just part of me and I can't just turn it off for too long. Of course I can be responsible and serious when necessary, but I do little-ish things in public all the time. I recently got a tiny crocheted bee at a craft fair and now carry it around with me in my purse or pocket. Sometimes I'll skip down a hill. I talk to myself and animals. I'm freely childlike at home with my family. The things you mention aren't too strange. There are lots of adult coloring books you could buy that no one should think anything of. Dolls and stuffies are pretty common too. And who are you watching those movies in front of? Can you watch them privately on a computer? Also sometimes being little is just a state of mind and mannerisms that lots of people won't even notice. Wear a cute bow in your hair or other cute accessory. The best advice I have for you is that if being little is an inherent part of you, you'll feel so much better if you express that part without shame. When I do usually I get positive responses, like being called cute or fond smiles from older people. I've even been told I've "found the eternal child's joy" and "I saw you and realized fairies do exist". 3

Rosesrainboww Posted March 27, 2020 Report Posted March 27, 2020 I do a couple of things when I’m out and can’t necessarily be “little”. I have unicorn key chain that is stuffed, that I can fidget with, I also keep a few coloring pencils in my car and an adult coloring book. It’s not quite the same as having my little supplies but it’s closer. I’ve also keep a blankie in my car, and since I make quilts no one ever questions it much. If I can get away to my car then I can wrap up for a minute until I feel I can move along with life. Finally the last thing I do is if nothing else I will slip away to the restroom and take a few moments to meditate and enter my little head space. It’s also a good time to jump on a chat room or talk to a friend that understands
