I'm about to make my first sticker chart and I'm excited!! I could use a little inspiration though. Those of you who are willing to share, can you tell me about your system and rewards? <3

I get one sticker for eating as I am recovering from an eating disorder. Sticker for taking my medication, stickers for doing tasks or big things by myself. After I get lots of stickers around 30+ I get a reward which is usually a toy up to around £10. Or a colouring book, clothes, doll things etc. I am saving to get 35 stickers to get a bundle of secondhand build a bears off eBay :) I usually get one reward a month

I normally do my sticker charting in a journal or diary, because it's easier to tuck away or hide but also fun. ^.^ And it looks really cool flicking through all the pages full of stickers after a month or two of daily charting.

I get stickers for chores or tasks completed that I didn't want to do or had to challenge myself to complete.

Each sticker has a point value to it. Points can be exchanged as monetary value (1pt = 0.20c, 2pt= $2, 3pt = $5), calculated at the end of each month.

Or

Deposited into the Daddy Bank where he has to do a chosen activity with me, and each activity is worth certain points. >8D
However I mostly exchange them for $ so I can get tools n DIY supplies lol

I'm gonna just do my sticker charting for ME from now on though. : D

Not as a together-with-DD thing anymore. Because heck it, I deserve stickers for all the stuff I do. Stickers are awesome.

Sry for rambling, m very tired.

I write a page that lists each task and how many points it's worth.

I use different types of stickers for different points, e.g. holo stickers are 3pts

Morning: Write down which things I plan on getting done, or need to be done today.

Evening: Apply stickers to all the things that got completed, and add any new ones in.

I have SOOOO many stickers. I'm a sticker fiend. e.e

Will you be posting photos once you've got yours started up? D:

You're so organized!! I agree, it's very important to reward yourself :))

I ended up taking ideas from everyone! It's a pretty simple system I designed but hopefully it will be effective. And Daddy came up with some really fun rewards <3 <3 <3

P.S. where do you get your stickers????? I need more

From Dollar stores mostly. Because I feel bad to use my unique or more expensive stickers for charting with. So I buy lil booklets of stickers for like $2 for 200

I like seeing what new booklets they come out with occasionally. ^-^ I can take photos if you wanna see?
