As for your actual question, you can always try Googling activities for four year olds and it provides a lot of ideas.

Playing in sand, dress up, colouring, playing with water balloons, playing with toys n dollies

All of those are good (: expect I play with action figures not dollies because as a little boy I like the super hero stuff. I should see what google has to offer(:
