Recovering hope and stability when you don't have a caregiver

Because my life is recently even more stressful then usually for me, which results in the world of adults dejecting, intimidating and frightening me so much that I cry a lot when I'm back from work and that I'm having a strong feeling of despair all the time, i thought about making a chart-like calendar which enables me to add a sticker to it for days on which I'm a good girl.

This would totally give me a bit more hope and mental stability till I found somebody suitable to guide and support me.

For that reason i would like to ask you for suggestions regarding fitting rules for my chart.

The suggested rules should be appropriate for my little age of about 10-13 years and they should represent a parenting style which is aimed at making a daughter so feminine, dollish and princesslike as possible.

I'm grateful for every single suggestion and will add them to my chart.

I'm sorry you have so much stress at the moment. It's great that you're thinking of ways to look after yourself - and I think you should give yourself a sticker for that!

I'm not sure what sort of ideas you're looking for?

You could give yourself a sticker for doing a nice hairstyle that's tidy and suitable for work. Eating healthy meals. Keeping your room/home tidy. Being polite to your co-workers.

Good luck with things and have fun with your chart :)

This is an awesome idea, I would think the 4 main areas should be:

1/ Personal care, (enough sleep, bathing, brush teeth, healthy food and the like)

2/ Grooming. (hair, makeup, pressed clothing - with extra points for girlish / princess overtones)

3/ Politeness. (Good girls don't use bad language, are kind, and always positive)

4/ Me time. (give yourself time and permission to be who / what you want to be.)

Hope this helps!

Good Luck!
