disney little Posted September 19, 2019 Report Posted September 19, 2019 So, right now, I'm in the middle of a huge thunder storm. I'm getting major anxiety and i'm scared... I don't have a CG to help calm me down at all and my friends and family are busy at work. (they are in a different city that isn't getting hit as bad). So, does anyone have any suggestions as a way to calm down or not think of the storm?
ScarletBaby Posted September 19, 2019 Report Posted September 19, 2019 I personally enjoy grabbing a pet or stuffed animal and designating them my thunder buddy. The thunder buddy song from Ted even paraphrased, can be quite helpful. Otherwise use headphones really loud and watch tv. Get sucked in and the thunder goes away from your notice. Hope this helps! 2
jelloprincess Posted September 19, 2019 Report Posted September 19, 2019 Get under your blankets with a stuffie, put on headphones and watch something you like!
Guest LittleSnowiii Posted September 20, 2019 Report Posted September 20, 2019 If you have pets you can cuddle with them, if not your stuffies; Under the blankets, they isolate the sound a bit; Headphones and loud music aswell;
GingerBread1997 Posted September 24, 2019 Report Posted September 24, 2019 maybe cuddle with your favorite stuffie? 1
