I feel so at home here. I like pink and bright colors, but wearing them, heck no. 

I prefer to sit here with my creepy cute stuff and watch the addams family any day,

I also really love Harry Potter - especially Slytherin (especially Snape) but also Luna Lovegood. I know she's not dark, but her quirky style made darker/gothier is adorable to me and her personality is <3 <3 <3 to me.

 

did anybody see that movie Legend? Where Darkness tries to seduce the girl Lily? And the black dress dances with her and then melds with her? I sort of love that whole scene.

 

Edit - I went back and found it! I hope I can figure out how to post it! Warning! It might be kinda scary for littler littles!

man, I used to be obsessed with wednesday as a kid. She's still my hero. I think I will too get into my "inner wednesday"! I love dark spooky things. Time to break out the old gothic dresses.

Lolita as a style is cute and innocent, yes. But us old-folk such as myself remember Lolita the book  -and believe me, there's nothing innocent (or consensual, really) about it.

 

Oh yes, Legend - the only movie I can stand Tom Cruise in, I adore that film. Tangerine Dream did inspired music during that time period. Glorious!
