SO I PROLLY DONT KNOW YOU BUT THATS COOL AIGHT? You may think no one loves you but thats bullhonkey (excuse my language) Even though I may not ACTUALLY know you, I love you my dudes. Even if you think NO ONE else loves you, thats not true either. Think of one good thing you did for someone or something. Whoever or whatever you helped, THEY CARE. If you saved a squirrel or sumin from your cat, your cat may be a little peeved but you saved that squirrels life. Theyre greatful. Even if you just helped someone pick up something they dropped, they care. Someone helped me today by picking up my stuff and that made me so happy and like them so much more. Its that easy to make someone like you. My favorite quote is "kindnesss is free, spread that crap everywhere". I know that deep down youre a good person. If you trash talk yourself then all get mad cuz youre my friend and I dont let that sheet slide mkay? If you ever need help ANY OF YOU can message me cuz I got no life. Just text me man we can be friends.

I have a policy similar to this. Because I once read somewhere that a random stranger giving you a smile can provide the will to go on sometimes I make it a point to try and smile at everyone. I’ll be walking down the street and smile at anyone who passes by. It also helps you be a little happier because if you’re feeling down and smile at someone despite that, then you never know if you made their day so it makes you a little happy inside to know you could have. As someone working in healthcare and aiming to be a nurse I think this is very important! Kindness saves lives, and kindness is what will really make the world go round.

We're meant to feel love and belonging in this world as humans. Unfortunately centuries of violence has harmed most people to some level, like if our ancestors experienced something traumatic and passed that trauma down the generations to you. We all have to work together to turn it around!
