Hey guys any tips for not getting caught by you teacher in a small headspace. I keep slipping into littlespace in class. What can you do in class as a little?

Honestly? I feel college isn't at all an appropriate place to be little. When I was in college, if I found myself slipping into that headspace I'd do everything I could to stop it

in my eyes places of education much like the workplace is not a place to be little, you are supposed to be learning

I’m in class for 8 hours a day, 3 days a week, and I have to say that I can understand the struggle. When you’re sitting in one place for an extended period of time and frequently not doing much but sitting and listening and taking some notes, it can be hard to stay in an adult headspace. Doodling and fiddling with something are things that everyone does so they will definitely be less noticeable. I advise recording the lecture to make sure you can still learn later after returning to a more adult headspace. You can’t always control when and where you slip, I think that’s why they call it slipping. So don’t stress out so much over it, if you’re unsure if your teacher would be okay with the recording talk to them and explain that sometimes your mind wanders without you intending it to, they would normally tell you that it’s fine and support your taking initiative to still support your education despite this situation. Take it from a Little who’s in Nursing school, it’s best to handle these things in a healthy way and not force it down till later. It’s a part of you and shoving it aside totally until you feel in a better environment isn’t healthy. If you can avoid totally slipping, that’s great, but don’t worry if your Little side decides they want to come out and play a bit during class. Sometimes it’ll even help you learn more.
