Stuffed animals! Usually wild animals or dogs. My favourites at the moment are snow leopard, fluffy crocodile, thin&worn&old puppy and raccoon. I just ordered a white/aqua coloured mini fox stuffie from Teeturtle, it’s reversible: I can make him look happy or angry. He’s so cute, I can’t wait till he arrives! I will have to figure out a name for him soon :)

Usually stuffies! I could fill a house with the amount I have!  :p  I get quite a lot from DDLGWorld as they cater to many of my other needs also for clothing & novelty items. It's really handy to be able to get everything I need from them.

Short answer: vintage pre-2000 toys and plush, a little bit of everything with emphasis on MLP, Dakin brand plush, Star Trek/Wars action figures, and Build-a-bears up to 2012.

I used to collect Monster High dolls, I have around of 30. Too bad the line got cancelled, it's the only thing I've ever collected. Still frustrated I couldn't get a Draculaura doll in time.

I love stuffies and anything MLP! And I've really been loving the new Care Bears too! I also have a ton of art supplies! And I love collecting stickers!

I collect stuffies, not really anything specific, just things that spark my interest. Right now it's a collection of more traditional teddy bears, Sanrio plushies, and some official Pokemon plushies I'm very proud of. My favorite is a reticulated Rayquaza! Sometimes I carry him around on my shoulders when I'm cleaning or doing other adult tasks that require emotional support.

I also collect enamel pins - this recent obsession has gotten out of hand, honestly. lol I have my first ita bag which is really exciting! <3

It's so interesting to see people who collect vintage toys or those who have a theme. Thanks for sharing!

Heya!

I collect stuffies! I have a wide variety of different types of stuffies, but I've been specifically interested in adding more Winnie the Pooh stuffies to my collection because now I have 3 Eeyore stuffies and no more characters from Winnie the Pooh.

I also have been starting to collect these stuffies called Squishmallows and I currently have 5 of them.

I've been getting into collecting Calico Critters, and I enjoy finding them! I also have a house for them, a school, and a treehouse for them. I really like to play with them, as well.

Since I was little, I've been really into American Girl Dolls, and I have the ones from my childhood and have been interesting in collecting more!

I've been starting to collect LOL dolls. They're so cute! I have 8 of them so far and I want to get a new one every time I'm at the store, but I have to restrain myself.

I collect stuffies, hatchimals, my little pony stuff, Harry potter everything (especially Slytherin stuff). I have a growing stuffie collection and many hatchimals. They're so adorable and cute and glittery.

Old account of mine. Got so insecure at one time I deleted it.

I collect stuffies and Harry Potter stuff (Ravenclaw). I have one that is Pluto and it's really big and I've had it for 28 years!! A few years ago I had to get rid of many stuffies, probably most of my collection. It was really sad but I like to think someone else is finding comfort in them I miss Barbies too. I played with them a lot when I was younger but I had to get rid of all of them as I grew up

Boy have I got collections. I collect so many things with my sibling that we have an entire wall-to-wall shelf of all of the anime and video game stuff that we've collected throughout our entire lives. Those are mostly Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Zelda, and Mario merchandise. There are more, but those are the bigger collections.

However, I have my own collections aside from those, too. I also collect Calico Critters, and when I first started the collection I decided I didn't want to sink hundreds of thousands of dollars on this one ("Not again... Not again!"), so I thought I would be smart and limit myself to the babies collections. Rip. But I'm very proud of it nonetheless.

I also collect pierrot/harlequin dolls. Whatever you'd like to call them. I went into a house once as a small child and became enamoured with the bright colors and glittery patterns. They looked so bright and elegant that I wanted more. I'm currently working on a display for them in my room with dreamy cloud shelves, but it's still a wip. It's probably the most unique thing that I collect.

I collect little series and blind boxes on occasion when I or someone else finds something cute they think I would like. I have:

Furbabies

Care Bears

Cutitos

Secret Crush dolls

Tokidoki Unicorno

My Little Ponies

Crystal Creatures

I also have a small collection of carousel horses and a marble collection that I would like to occasionally keep growing. The display shelf I have them on is a little unsteady, though, so then again maybe not. ^^;;;

I have a small collection of Sanrio stuff, but I only have one shelf for it and I still need to find a way to display other stuff before I buy it.

I also collect stuffies. Anything cute or creepy or both (the best!) is always on the table for me, but my favorite thing to collect are sheep. I have a nice little collection of sheep growing. It's because my online persona is a pink, strawberry sheep, so I love anything involving either or both of those. ^^ but since alpacas and llamas are more popular to make these days instead of sheep, sometimes I get those that look not quite like they're supposed to and just pretend they're sheep. XD I have a couple like that.

And lastly I have a spattering collection of angels and porcelain dolls bequeathed to me by my grandmother. I love them, though, and think I Will enjoy occasionally collecting them over time. I pair them up with my (very small) collection of French... Baroque... Figures? I'm not entirely sure what to call them but I'm sure you've seen them in some grandma's house or another. You know, the glass figures of men and women dressed in elegant, 18th century fashion with ruffled dresses and poofy cravats. Those. I really like those.

That was a lot. XD But I hope you enjoyed hearing about what an eclectic child I am.

I am so jealous of your pierrot/harlequin dolls! I had quite a few as a kid but we had to sell them because they could fetch quite a bit of money the ones I had to get school clothes and supplies for that school year. Really sucked and I wish I still had them. They're so beautiful though. One year I went as one for Halloween.

Oh, I'm glad someone could actually recognize what I was talking about! Actually, I used to only have a couple, but in high school a friend of mine was cleaning out had closet and gave me her entire collection. That's how I named to really get started! Before then, no one thought I was really serious about them so I never got them, but now I get gifted these dolls all the time. Most of the ones I get these days cone from thrift shops, so maybe if you keep an eye out you can find some pretty cheap. ^^

Yeah I figured they'd be most easily acquired in thrift or vintage/antique stores. That was really awesome that your friend gave you the collection and that others have added to it since then! Makes the collection even more special. Do you have any that have a wind up mechanism for music?

I do! Two of them are on heat-shaped pillows, one is on a moon, and one is on a star. I can't remember what song each of them plays, though. =~=; I really love music boxes, so I'm always picking up things that have them. I just don't count it as a collection since they can all fit into other collections. I also have a couple of musical carousel horses and a couple of musical sheep. The harlequin dolls all seem to have this mechanic where their keys are their pedestals, and so they turn gently as the music plays. I would post a picture, but even after compressing my images to the point of not being able to recognize them, they're still too big. =-=`
