This is what makes me feel Little:

Cutting and gluing papers, paper crafts, craft kits etc.

Wearing a big flowy dress and colorful tights

Cute socks and cute shoes

Coloring/painting easier stuff (nothing intricate)

Basically, just being surrounded by my pretty arts and craft supplies

Being surrounded by pink stuff, glitters...

Sticker books, especially the Usborne dress-up dolls & dolls house sticker books

Watching family movies with my blankey

Go shopping for cute stuff or kawaii stationery, even online

Toys to build up things like LEGO, geomag, magformers, flower garden etc.

Bedtime with my thumb + my Teddy bear

Being called "Princess"

Reading a beautiful, illustrated book for children (I collect them)

Cute educational puzzle games like Jump In', Smart Farmer, IQ Focus games etc.

I wrote this in another topic, but realized it fits better here. So. Things that make me feel little:

-wearing a cute onesie, maybe also a diaper(but I don’t use it), and cute socks, or being in normal clothes but without bra(bras make me feel trapped and like I can’t get air and it’s like I’m forced to be an adult)

-choosing a cute pacifier clip and pacifier and attaching them to my clothing

-eating baby food, the fruit and berry purees are awesome! And the spoon must be made for kids, with some nice picture, of course

-taking a nap with a stuffie

-spreading a huge blanket plus a gigantic pillow on the floor, arranging my baby toys around them, and lying down&playing. Everything looks so big when I’m lying on my back on the floor! And if I take my glasses off, I feel even smaller and more helpless(but sometimes it’s too scary)

-eating from kids’ plates/bowl, with kids’ utensils, and drinking from a sippy cup, bottle, or a cup with a straw

-building with wooden train tracks and/or blocks on the floor, floor time is a very kid thing to do!

-colouring colouring books(if I want to feel extra small, I use ”wrong” hand so the results look like a kid coloured it!)

-watching Humf in English, it’s not my native language and listening comprehension is hard even though I read and write really well, so when watching a show in which there are only simple words and sentences I feel like I’m just at the right level, it makes me feel like I’m one of the English/American/whatever kids who the show is made for, who are just learning to speak properly. And a big plus is that the characters are not humans, they are really different cute creatures so I recognize easily who’s who, I can stay relaxed and happy and follow the story instead of needing to use my adult brain to focus on figuring out if I have seen the character before and if I should know their name already etc(I have mild face blindness plus memory problems)

-sleeping the whole night with a stuffie(well, I do it pretty much always, no matter what age I am mentally)

-filling a kid’s activity book, using crayons and ”wrong” hand so the results look childish

-drawing with crayons, using ”wrong” hand so it really looks like it’s made by a kid, plus while doing it having little control over my hand movements makes me feel really small too(well, sometimes it’s kinda frustrating also)

-having a stuffie with me while I’m doing all sorts of things at home, it keeps me feeling smaller and reminds me that I can let go

-reading kids’ books(librarians surely think that I have a baby and a little kid and a kid who just started school, based on what books I order there in addition to normal science books, comics, classics, etc)

-having some toys visible all the time(stuffies and Schleich animals, people think I just like to collect them), it reminds me of who I really am and that at home I don’t need to pretend

-eating from Moomin plates/drinking hot liquids from Moomin cups/using Moomin spoons, in Finland they are a big collecting thing for adults so I can even wish such as presents(but my family is not very eager to buy them anymore because they say I have too much of them already)

-sucking a pacifier&cuddling with a stuffie while daydreaming about things I would do with a Daddy/Mommy/Caregiver, or what kind of life I would live if Littles were common and accepted in normal world(for example, I imagine going for a walk with my caregiver, me sitting in a giant stroller with my stuffie, wearing baby clothes, sucking a pacifier, and the walk is to a beach, where we build a big sandcastle and run around giggling in the water), such thoughts bring comfort and happiness even though I know that they will never become true in real life

I always little now but I like in morning when Daddy wake me up. He carry me to diaper table and carefully change my diaper cleaning all my princess parts. Then he tell me roll over and he check I no getting big germie virus by taking my temperature. Then Daddy go feed me breakfast and afterwards cleans me up, does my hair and changes my clothes. Then Daddy sets up His princess play station while he go to His office. I can watch movie, color, play toys and my stuffies. Then I feel so little and safe

When my caregiver plays with my hair. Like running their fingers through it, brushing it, helping me style it, etc.

Hmm, I'm about 7 years late but that's okie! It will change depending on how little I feel but overall here's my list:

Disney movies

Coloring

Any kind of Disney music

Stuffie playdate

Good ole Target shopping spree

Arts and craft

Reading any kind of a picture book

Dress to Impress (oneies, fuzzy socks, fuzzy mittens, etc.)

Singing... horribly off-tune singing might I add

Eating cheese sticks (just pulling it and seeing the stringy cheese brings me back)

and lastly.....

PARK DAYS! I will forever and always make time for myself to enjoy a lovely day at the park.
