Puppyplay/Petplay and DDLG

I know it's not quite common for littles to be specifically in the Puppy play community..or at least commonly known around sites like this. Here are some of my questions:

• Do most littles and Caregivers see Puppyplay as a "weird" and unusual type of petplay? I see a lot of kittens and puppies, but not very many puppies saying they are specifically in the Puppyplay community. Just that they are "puppies."
• Do you see the actual Puppy play community as a seperate type of Petplay rather than the Petplay considered common in DDLG? (Kittens, "Puppies")
• Is there any advice on how to find Caregivers/Doms that could be into puppyplay? I'm not having much luck at all. Mississippi is pretty dead when it comes to this. I want to find a Handler or another puppy that could also be a Dom or Caregiver type. I'm at a loss really. I've been a puppy for two years and have had no luck on meeting anyone that was near me or even interested in being a Caregiver/Handler/Dom.

 

Any help on any of my questions will be so appreciated!!

After kittens, I think puppy play is the second most popular type of animal. Considering that I've known ppl to be a pig, dragon, and all kinds of other things...I don't consider puppy play remotely unusual. I've never heard anyone say they were in a puppyplay community, kittenplay community, or anything else. That's unusual for me. I've met many ppl into petplay and the Owner/pet dynamic...but never known for ppl to flock to a specific animal community. It seems unnecessary to me personally. I consider puppyplay to be a part of petplay. Petplay has nothing to do with DD/LG. 2 entirely different kinks. Not every little has a petplay fetish, but ofc some do. Littles with a petplay fetish does often tend to go for a kitten. I think it's most common. As for finding someone, I would recommend Fetlife. u can specifically search for ppl within ur area. Besides that, check out ur local dungeons. If that's still dry, I would look 1 state over. A 30 min-2 hr drive away may not be so bad, but that's up to u and who knows maybe they wouldn't mind moving closer over time.

Yes Puppyplay does indeed have a whole community of over 10,000 pups! My profile pic has our flag! Look it up and you’ll see the whole community ^^ but I see what you mean. Kitten play does seem to be very common. I just haven’t heard many littles specifically in the community of pupplay. So I was curious as to why. But thank you! I have tried fet life but with little luck. I’ve had a bunch of pervs and stuff. Not quite the place that I’ve found a relationship. I’ll keep trying on there though! And I’ve gone to many apps and sites that would show you who’s nearby and who has the same kinks and interests. Pups even have our own app to find other pups. So, I’ve tried but it has not been easy ^^’ but thank you for the comment! Like I said, any help is much appreciated!!~

Well I didn't know that. Very cool to know. Wonder if there are communities for all kinds of animals then. And yeah Fetlife has lots of pervs lol. Some ppl have success stories, so perhaps it's a matter of luck and perseverance.

Puppyplay seems to be fairly common throughout the DD/lg and CG/l community from what I have seen.

From most common to least, top 3

Kitten

Puppy

Bunny

 

I don’t personally think it’s any weirder or more unusual than kitten play and other forms of petplay. Nor have I seen anyone in this Community say it is. Maybe said that they aren’t into it- but never that it’s weird.

 

I do not consider it to be separate from other types of Petplay. To me that’s like isolating MD/lb from DD/lg (in other words, doesn’t make sense).

 

If you’re looking for a Dom who will be more focused around Puppyplay, I would suggest mainly searching through Puppyplay communities for Handlers/Doms/Masters who may be open to introducing some DD/lg aspects to their role as your Dom. Like, if you get along really well with a Handler and form some kind of a relationship, maybe later on you could ask their opinion on adding in the Daddy/Little dynamic as well.

 

Truth be told it seems extremely difficult for people to form a connection within the community in general. Whilst it might be rare for you to find a Daddy Puppy Handler, you’re definitely not the only person struggling to find a partner. Idk if that makes you feel better or worse, but you’re not alone.
