inthelandofhoneyandflowers Posted August 30, 2019 Report Posted August 30, 2019 I've found a couple threads like the one I'm about to make, but none of them have mentioned (that I've seen) how hypocritical the sfw CGL community is on Tumblr. I see all kinds of super cute DDLG type of aesthetic posts, but almost everything has that nasty banner with the "don't interact if" super long list. However, something I've noticed is a lot of the posts that those banners are under...they're either talking about having a daddy, or the post itself has something that mentions having a daddy. Some of these blogs even are anti CGL?? I'm just so confused why people are so disgusted by DDLG and even CGL when they have the exact same aspects of both communities. I used to run a sfw DDLG blog and it was almost impossible to find any blogs/posts that didn't just demonize the DDLG community.
Lollipox Posted August 30, 2019 Report Posted August 30, 2019 (edited) I have seen that too. It’s stupid, ridiculous and unnecessary. Literally saw a blog where they were anti-kink, but posted a “sexy” (to some people) photo all made up captioned “I hope Daddy likes my new outfit.” This may upset some people, so just don’t read if you’re overly sensitive about the subject of this post. I never advertise my social media or anything as being ddlg related because I’m more than the dynamic, and it saves the ball ache of dealing with those people. So I can repost or reblog as much as I like and they don’t know dicks about it. But also- it’s a public space made with the intention of sharing content throughout the world wide web. If you’re posting it publicly on a place that is based around reposts and sharing, you can’t turn around and put on your tiara and try to tell people they can’t like your content. I don’t like porn and the heavy porn blogs that used to be on there. But I was never so outraged by that miniscule interaction on some dumb blog site that I felt the need to say NO SEX BLOGS CAN LIKE OR REPOST MY CONTENT. HOW DARE YOU. Like, get over yourself. It’s the internet. People are too precious. Edited August 30, 2019 by Guest
xBabydollx Posted August 30, 2019 Report Posted August 30, 2019 Yeah it can be a lot of hate. Porn and ddlg blogs are friendlier lol. I followed SFW DO/lg blogs, but never the hateful ones. However, if I see something I like i will reblog it. Idc who the source is. I used to always delete captions too because it stretch the page out. I just do whatever I want. What could anybody do? Come to my house? Lol. I used to ignore the drama and hate and do what I came do, which is reblog things I like. Nothing and nobody mattered. That may also be because I joined Tumblr for the pictures;to create a personal collection on my blog, not for the social aspect....which is why it was my fav social site. 1
Guest Niet meer Posted August 30, 2019 Report Posted August 30, 2019 Those littles are CGLre. They age regress as a coping mechanism. They see their lifestyle to be far more important then "just"a DDlg-kink. They will not sexualise their lifestyle and any posts that has anything sexual in it will set them off! Most of them are underage and therefor it is not ok to interact with them at all. What will happen (but they won't know that by now) is that they will gently slide into the BDSM community once they are older and explore more things around their regression. It is not hypocritical it is just the non-sexual fase they are in at this moment in time. I know they can become very aggressive towards people who sexualise their lifestyle, because to them it refers to... well the P-word, because they really feel like a child. I have this information from a 18+ former CGLre girl whom I talked about this topic because I really didn't get it too. 1
prince eefy Posted August 30, 2019 Report Posted August 30, 2019 i have an age regression tumblr and i only follow sfw blogs. don't follow any that have to do with ddlg since nsfw stuff heavily disrupts my regression. i don't really blame agere blogs for not wanting to interact with nsfw blogs. 1
Aston Posted August 30, 2019 Report Posted August 30, 2019 I have a very strong, but very unpopular opinion about the matter. since I don't feel like getting banned ill just keep it brief. SFW blogs are a cancerous, toxic community that seems to attract some very unstable personalities. they use their "traumas" as an excuse to harass and berate others and frankly im sick of their appropriation of kink aesthetics
Tigerskat Posted August 31, 2019 Report Posted August 31, 2019 I’m not positive but I tested the water in the online ddlg world earlier last year hoping to find friends. The hate and anger was fast and I was quick to retreat. One personally attacked Daddy, and I am protective of him. Besides these, people... seemed... genuinely underage... which in itself scared me. This is only the second time I’ve tried talking to others “like me” because... frankly I don’t care what other people think anymore. I wish people weren’t so MEAN

Guest lotusov Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 (edited) it's safe to assume that you really don't know your history on the matter do you I have seen a bunch of sfw blogs and didn’t see any kink yet. Once again it’s their choice if they don’t want ddlg interaction, ddlg blogs can also say they don’t want sfw cgl interaction and it’ll be okay because everyone has a freedom to decide who they want to be interacted or not with. Guest TokidokiHelloKitty Posted September 1, 2019 Report Posted September 1, 2019 Those are age regression blogs that are sfw. They don't want ddlg reblogs or followers b/c they assume ddlg has to do with the kink. Which in most cases, yeah it does. Not always though. But, some people like ddlg not as a kink, but are kinda not the same as sfw age regressors, either, and it's hard for us to find a place to belong haha. That being said, also some of themare not into age regression or ddlg or anything. Some of those aesthetic posts are just being posted for bein kawaii or whatever. And let's be real, ddlg usually loves kawaii, but people who like kawaii culture aren't always into ddlg, so there's that.

There is a huge difference between "not interacting" and spread hate and attack people actively like those so called SFW blogs do.
Purinsesu Posted September 3, 2019 Report Posted September 3, 2019 I've seen those around a lot, not only on tumblr, but also on other places like instagram. I think it's totally okay, of course. To each their own. If they don't want to interact with DDLG or anything, they have that right and that's perfectly okay! But what is not okay is how a lot of them treat others like they are the scum of the earth... I can't tell you how many times I have felt upset and hurt because of the kind of mean and hurtful messages I've come across. Please don't be this kind of person. You totally have the right to not want to see certain posts, it is totally understandable. But it's never okay to make someone else feel bad for their stuff!
