Everyone is judged. Yet, other people don't private themselves from happiness :)

Seem's that you really need to learn how to love yourself. More self esteem. Because you deserve to be happy! You deserve to relax in little space.

Also about the anxiety and autism: only very verrrrryyy dumb people judge those! Majority of people have anxiety (me included) so is almost normal. Autism is very talked about, and some autists people are some the best I've knowned.

Don't be ashamed of it. They don't define you but they're a part of you. And is perfectly ok ^^

Hello. I'm on the spectrum too (Asperger's). :) I get social anxiety in certain situations, but I remind myself there's no shame in being myself. I used to try to hide my more childlike behavior/interests, but it honestly got tiring and I wanted people to like me as I am. So I slowly started letting it out more around my family and friends, and they're used to it now.

I find that sometimes people judge me, but more often than not I'm accepted just the way I am. I've had strangers even tell me seeing my bright childlike attitude has reminded them of the magic of life. And the ones who negatively judge me do so based on all sorts of things, not just my littleness. I'm too positive and optimistic, I don't shave enough, I like the wrong kind of music, I eat the wrong food... so I can't help those people. Let them judge me. It's been a hard lesson to learn, but no matter how much I try I can't conform to everyone's expectations.

You will be judged too, but please don't let it make you hide who you are. The world needs you! And even if you try your hardest to hide your littleness and autism, some people will find something else to judge you about. It's really sad, but some people are just like that. Overall, you will be respected and secretly admired for being bold enough to show the world who you are.
