Sticker sheets?

I was wondering how many use this and if you're long distance how you could use it still without using an app?

 

I just like the idea of a chart and stuffs even printable ones would be really fun.

 

I also just wanted to know any advice on how to bring up using one with my cg cos sometimes i get anxious...also would anyone like to help me make a template? ^.^
