so I'm fairly new to this and i don't know what to do when a little goes into little space over the phone or text any ideas

when my  little goes into little space over text I do different role-plays like 'holding her on my lap', feeding her, playing games like hide and seek,  and lots more. And if you are on the phone reading her a story helps a lot.
