Lately I'm sooooo tired.

I like living and working at camp now! Everyone's really nice And I see animals all the time, like deer and frogs and caterpillars and daddy-long-legs and big birds in the sky (maybe turkey vultures) and snakes and bunnies and bats! There's also a little petting zoo area with chickens, two donkeys, three goats, a sheep, and two bunnies (fluffier than the wild bunnies).  At meals I sit at the staff table with all the other staff so I never have to sit alone.

 

Our camp is next to a mountain and we bring groups on a hike up to a ridge where you can see really far! (plus the lake and some camp buildings down below) It's very pretty up there, and I'm thinking maybe one day going up there by myself or with another staff member. I've been teaching the candle-making program all by myself already, which I love except for when I have to carve the candles for kids. I'm not very good at carving but I can't allow the kids to use sharp objects. Older groups can carve their own and I like that more  I really wanna make my own candles too!

 

Late last week I was playing tag with a group of kids on the basketball court and tried to dodge two at once with a crazy Matrix-like move and failed, falling down and getting a big scrape on my arm. I wasn't bleeding though so I hopped up and continued on. Later I washed it with good soap and that stung really bad but I didn't want it to get infected. I've been putting coconut oil on it every morning and night to keep it moist and because coconut oil is antibacterial. It's been healing and getting a little smaller every day, but looks nasty because of a big scab. So now I'm greatly interested in how long it takes my body to regenerate, and if I'll have a scar or not.

 

I'm just glad I can still feel little even though I have to be responsible.   Safety first! And while some others are crabbing about the long days, I'm just staring at the woods admiring the way the plants are growing.

I had a funtime in the afternoon at home yesterday, even though I wasn't doing the adult job in a school supplying for someone that I really like to do. I ate alpha ghetti for lunch while I watched The Real Ghostbusters cartoon with my bear and had my paci and my bubba full of juicy. Then at night night had pizza num nums in my nursery pink onesie and paci and bibby and bubba and bear and praying boy and clifford and watched Fresh Prince of Bel-Air on Netflix then went sleepy beddy byes with bear and clifford and praying boy. Was a goods day yesterday though not supplying for any EAs.
