yxchae Posted July 13, 2019 Report Posted July 13, 2019 ive been regressing A Lot lately. and even when i dont regress but i need to, im still partially always in that headspace basically 24/7. i can do everything adult me needs to do and run errands and all of that, but my emotions and some of my behaviours are the same as when im little. and then it makes it really hard to cope with certain things like stress. which ive had a lot of (family in the hospital, family friend diagnosed with cancer, moving country in 18 days, money issues etc). all i want to do is sit on the floor and cry, but i cant because i have Things to do... i just? wanted advice.. if any one has any? on dealing with stress and Adult Problems when you feel little or like you need to be little. this was rambly,, im sorry ! im on my phone and feeling beyond stressed rn so yeah. any help is appreciated !!
