MommyKay25 Posted July 8, 2019 Report Posted July 8, 2019 I see a lot of people talk about how hard it is for a little to lose their mommy. But I don't see anyone discussing how hard it is for a mommy to lose her little. When they pick a new mommy over you. My heart is breaking.
Daxter Posted July 8, 2019 Report Posted July 8, 2019 I agree with you. I believe mostly everyone thinks as mommies and daddies as being super strong, and sometimes don't take into consideration their feelings and their ownselves. But again, since there are more littles putting themselves out there than cgs, it's easier to see littles getting crushed by other people (and themselves) than it is to see a daddy morn a relationship and friendship loss.
Guest Aetherr Posted July 8, 2019 Report Posted July 8, 2019 dom's shouldnt need to speak up to be seen as people with feelings imo.
Alaskan Daddy Posted July 8, 2019 Report Posted July 8, 2019 It doesn't matter if you are a little or a caregiver. We all have the same feelings of hurt and loss when someone we care about is gone from our lives. The only difference is how we handle the loss. I am sorry for your loss.
Guest ConsiderateDaddy Posted July 8, 2019 Report Posted July 8, 2019 I feel your pain too - I felt like a Fallen Daddy afterwards. I tried to suppress my DDlg feelings afterwards and I joined this site to see if I can try again. Good news is there are plenty of nice people here. There is an old Persian story which is about "This too shall past". It is a reminder to enjoy the good times and a comfort in the hard times. Happy to talk more if you want
LittleTeacup Posted July 9, 2019 Report Posted July 9, 2019 Of course losing your little would hurt. Breakups can be painful for everyone involved. It doesn't matter if you're a little or a caregiver, a man or a woman, a kinky person or a vanilla type. Heartbreak is the measure of love you had/have for the other person. I wish you well and that you can recover in a healthy way.
Ebony Fruit Bat Posted July 13, 2019 Report Posted July 13, 2019 I'm sorry you had your heart broken. Littles tend to cry the loudest, get more attention, but CG's feelings count just as much. You all need the care, attention and support as well, after all you all are the backbone of our lifestyle.
