What to do if your CG is a switch?

So, I've only been in the community for a few months now. Well, I have a wonderful mommy, also my girlfriend. The thing is, she's a mostly submissive switch and goes into subspace a lot.. Any suggestions how I can help her out?

Help her with what exactly? Help her while she's in sub space? Are you wanting suggestions on how to interact with her and things to do for/with her while in sub space? Your question is kind of vague?

My Daddy is a switch too. He isn't that much into it at all, but he sees when he should take a lead, when I am in littlespace. But I also see when he is too stressed out, even if he is too afraid to even admit it. Sometimes I feel like I need force him a little to go into littlespace and baby him, but he always feels better after. I am not a switch tho, I can baby him even while staying in littlespace, it's like a little girl baying a doll. I feel like it's all about communication and understanding each other.
