JJBee Posted June 24, 2019 Report Posted June 24, 2019 I saw the most perfect Winnie the Pooh blanket and I didn’t get it. I’m trying to make smarter purchases and I know I won’t get much use out of it because I’m rarely in little space. BUT IT WAS THE CUTEST BLANKET EVER. 2
DaddyDom3238 Posted June 24, 2019 Report Posted June 24, 2019 I think you should treat yourself! You can be responsible and make smart purchases while still doing something to treat yourself. When that becomes a pattern of behavior and you do it excessively is when it becomes a problem. You still need to take care of yourself and if that makes you happy and does not cause you not to be able to live and take care of your immediate needs then I think it is a great idea!! 1
LittleTeacup Posted June 24, 2019 Report Posted June 24, 2019 You can still use the blanket even in big space. Just keep it as a throw blanket on a sofa or at the bottom of your bed. Winnie the Pooh is not unusual for adults to like. 1
Guest LittleSnowiii Posted June 24, 2019 Report Posted June 24, 2019 as long as you don't overdo it money wise, why not? Spoiling yourself is important 1
MysticSand Posted June 25, 2019 Report Posted June 25, 2019 It comes down to happiness. Would you be willing to sacrifice several smaller purchases for one larger one? I actually feel larger infrequent purchases are better for controlling spending rather than more frequent smaller purchases. Though of course, I don't know what your spending habits are!
