Does anyone do ballet or any other form of dance?

I started taking ballet lessons in April and I'm loving it so much! It's tough as I'm disabled but it's worth it. I had a lesson today, I'm so tired now s

I did ballet when I was 3-4.

 

Now I prefer dancing in my own way to any official dance. I spin in circles, clap my hands, and jump up and down! Or do weird interpretive dance.

 

I do like spiral dances and virginia reels though. Almost never have the opportunity to do them unfortunately.

I danced ballet, tap, jazz, and modern from about age 5 until an injury sidelined me. I miss it, and I can't wait to start again.

Not at the moment, but I've had classic ballet classes when I was a kid. 

Tbh had no idea ballet was possible as an adult! And specially being disabled, extremly happy for you! Not only is ballet beautiful, but is super demanding on the body (which is also healthy). so props to you for going at it!

I don't take it, yet. I want to start Barre ballet exercise classes this month and then moving up to actual ballet classes! What made you want to start ballet littlebabyslittlespace?

I used to take tap, jazz (I hated jazz lol), ballet and Hyland dancing.  I was just thinking I would like to try ballet again or maybe modern as an adult.  There's a studio near me that offers adult classes and I was thinking of signing up.  A form of exercise I really love!
