So, A friend of mind goes into little space easily and have little tendencies. when she's in that space she always want blankies, her stuffies and her voice changes and cuddles and all those things. She's not really into the nappies or pacis..  she's love the rules and getting punish when she breaks them. she can sometimes be a little but also a teenager. So, We are trying to work out if she's a little or a middle. what do you think?

Personally, I identify more closely as a middle. I love my stuffies, have a favorite blanket, thrive on rules and when I do coloring or activities I like them to not be super simple. My little/middle age is 9-12. If she feels like she's not into baby things or younger things maybe she could be a middle. For me k just identify as a middle, but I think it's subjective to the person and how they identify.

Don't get too caught up in terminology! Why not both? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm slowly finding out I'm on an age spectrum of 5 all the way to teen. I'm both depends on my mood and what happens during the day.

I think you've answered your own question: she's both.

There's no one way to be a little or to be a middle.  But if she spans such a wide age group in her feelings or behaviour, then she could define herself as both - if she wants to. Honestly I think it's best not to get too hung up about it.

But I understand it can seem tricky when you're trying to describe yourself to someone else.

i'm totally little. i'm 3 years old in my heart. But i also enjoy wearing baby clothes & pacis like a 2 y.o. and i talk animatedly like a 5 y.o. It's hard to define ourselves!

Everyone has their own way of being. Just enjoy it and be comfortable with yourself
