I had that happen to me too...when I'm overly stressed or have a bad argument with someone I fall into little space afterward. When I wake up the next day I'm fully in big space. It takes me a bit of time to feel little again.its like I have to keep my defenses up

All littles are different, but for me I usually switch in and out of little space frequently and effortlessly. But I'm a single little so maybe it would be different if I had a caregiver encouraging my littleness. I don't even know if what I do is considered "little space" or not. It's mostly just me either speaking or thinking in a higher pitched voice. I don't regress or anything like that.

Like, for example because I get anxious about making important phone calls I might curl up and talk to myself in little voice to make myself more comfortable and still feel little when typing in the number, but the second I have to speak to somebody or leave a message I'm back to my big adult voice. I don't even try or anything. It just happens.

For me it’s usually that someone pulls me out of it, most often a Daddy if I have one, when they ignore the fact that I’m feeling little and just continue on talking as if I wasn’t...if that makes sense lol
