little-shyprincess Posted August 28, 2015 Report Posted August 28, 2015 Sorry if someone's posted something like this but I am really having a struggle for the past month getting into little space I've been in England studying abroad for the past year and finally my Daddy and I were reunited after being long distance. It was really wonderful but now I had to return back to the States to finish school. Ever since I've returned I've found it hard to get into little space and this never happened before. Even when we were long distance two years ago I didn't have this problem. It's super hard to get little and when I do I worry that I'll be extra emotional and sad that I'm long distance with my Daddy again. On top of all this, university starts next week and I'm stressing over work, internship, classes, and loans. I feel like I'll burst from all this stress Is there anyone who has had trouble getting into little space? Does anyone have advice on how to get into little space, be positive, and deal with long distance? Thank yew <3 <3 <3
Chelly Posted August 28, 2015 Report Posted August 28, 2015 my daddy's long distance too and when I get super stressed or emotional or feel drained it's hard for me to get in little space too. What I find usually helps is to go to my tumblr and look at a bunch of ddlg posts and sfw little spaces as well as chat here and I slowly slip back into speaking and thinking like a little. I hope maybe this helps a bit! 1
BH_Bambi Posted August 28, 2015 Report Posted August 28, 2015 If you try skyping and doing a little activity, that could help? So he can see what you're up to and comment in real time. I love doing that, with colouring or watching a littlespace film together. Possibly also try and put aside time for littlespace? In stressful times, my bedtime routine becomes a lot stricter - 10:30, water before bed, paci time. That way I know I can relax and be little at the end of the day, and it's even enforced by Daddy! But it's only 10/15 minutes, so if I don't go into littlespace, it's not as stressful as I don't have time to dwell on it before sleeping. I feel for you sweetie, I hope things get easier once you've got uni to occupy you during the day <3 1
