If someone asked me "can I see your boobs?" my answer would just be "NO. Only special people get to see them." And I would be totally soured on a person like that from the start.

 

Maybe I'd try to give advice just in case they truly don't understand how it works, but I really can't stand "conversations" like this.... are they 16 and pretending to be older?

Yes this was an amalgation of some of the conversations I’ve had on kik, basically a motif. It really is alarming how even the art of basic conversation feels like it’s becoming extinct. As for giving advice to someone like that I almost always make the choice to politely disengage altogether. I find it’s healthier for me if I advise people who actually solicit it or position themselves in communal spaces where feedback is a reasonable expectation. But yeah, at the end of the day I just gotta giggle.
