Guest PandaBearDaddy Posted April 27, 2019 Report Posted April 27, 2019 (edited) Hey there! I am a fairly new Daddy who just joined this site. I have just recently showed myself in the community after several years of finding something to fit my caregiver personality. I had found this community and I love it! What are some advices/tips/experiences, anything at all, that can help me better myself in becoming a perfect Daddy dom for a little? I already have this natural "parental" type personality. Will it help me tremendously? Anything I will be grateful for! I only wish to be someone my little will proudly look up to. Edited April 27, 2019 by PandaBearDaddy
Spooky Posted April 27, 2019 Report Posted April 27, 2019 Hello and welcome! Best advice is to practice communication on both ends! Be yourself! Take your time!
LittlePapaPhoenix Posted April 28, 2019 Report Posted April 28, 2019 PandaBear, do you have a Little of your own yet? I feel i have to ask, simply because it seemed vague to me. The best advice I'd give you is be PATIENT. You won't always get it right, just keep an open mind and an open heart, and learn from the mistakes that you WILL make.
Trintiger Posted April 28, 2019 Report Posted April 28, 2019 I agree to both the comments above. From my own growing experience as a Caretaker/Caregiver is that communication on both sides is beneficial for the relationship to work properly and make both sides be even better as individuals in their roles. A parental type personality is always good. Though different Littles behave differently and some may not need a caregiver's care depending on their personality. There are independent Littles in the community that may not need to be clingy or wanting/needy after all. Though, communication between you and your Little will sort this out. And like LittlePapaPhoenix said, being 'Patient' is also a right thing to be. Use any experience that you have or read experiences from others and learn from it.
