Guest tinytoon0 Posted April 21, 2019 Report Posted April 21, 2019 Does anyone elses middle space incorporate alot of 90s stuff? I loved the aesthetic and some of the style also! I was born in 95 but my sis introduced me to all of it ^-^ So middle me likes to watch jawbreakers, buffy, the faculty, etc. Clueless is a guilt pleasure but she wouldn't admit that lol 1
Littlest_Bee Posted April 21, 2019 Report Posted April 21, 2019 Clueless is one of the most underappreciated movies of our time. I have that on good authority as well. https://youtu.be/UJRW6bTmJrk (SFW webisode belonging to the series "Suits") It's hard for me to say. I feel like I don't have a specific little or middle space so much as there are just flowing transitions between different mindsets but if I'm forced to jump from one extreme to another that can be jarring. As in I've experienced "drops" because of it. I'm definitely a 90s kid so certain things just naturally have nostalgic value but I've seldom thought about it like that. But I noticed that when someone asked for a good present to a middle, 90s stuff got mentioned too. https://www.ddlgforum.com/topic/40424-presents-for-a-middle/
Lollipox Posted April 21, 2019 Report Posted April 21, 2019 (edited) Clueless is a classic. I love Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the series more than the movie though. The Craft, 10 Things I Hate About You etc. Oldschool my little pony and other cartoons. I think the only reason I like 90s fashion elements is because an old bff of mine was a middle and really into it. But so far as movies and that kinda thing go, I’m all for the 90s. Neko_Tia Posted April 27, 2019 Report Posted April 27, 2019 I grew up in the 90s! I have fond memories of kids movies and cartoons that really shouldn't have been for kids like Radio Flyer, Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, and Batman TAS to name a few.
