Littlest_Bee Posted April 19, 2019 Report Posted April 19, 2019 I know what you mean. I think it helps if you have a big table or something similar that can serve as the base for your fort and provide a stable structure. Cardboard can be surprisingly stable too if you have a lot, like, after moving that could probably help you build a bigger fort. And it's fun to actually have a fort like that to sleep in if you don't have all the furniture yet.
Guest ☠Doobngoobr Hoobgz☠ Posted April 19, 2019 Report Posted April 19, 2019 Another simple way to create a stable fort is to buy a dome tent. They are not too expensive and can easily be set up inside and decorated the way you want. Refridgerator boxes are great too. If none of those are available, you can tie some closeline to a door handle and the other end to a bed or something heavy that wont move. In a pinch, yo can use a chair and put a bunch of books on the seat to make it heavier. Then toss on your sheets and go from there. It really all depends on what you have available and what you can get your hands on. The sky is the limit when it comes to creativity. 1
