How do you store and clean your pacis?

Hello fellow littles~

Just wondering how you store your pacis when you’re not using them and the best way to clean them, especially custom decorated ones.

Right now I keep mine in a plastic box that I can disinfect easily and I clean it with boiling water and/or use rubbing alcohol, especially in the intricate nooks and crannies of the decorated parts.

If any of you take yours out in public and keep it in your purse/bag do you have any recommendations for small cases for adult sized pacifiers?

Thanks~~!!

I keep mine in a box, I think it'd be described as a very thick cardboard paper box, but I might need a bigger one soon lol. I bought paci/toy wipes to keep mine clean, and I got them from toys r us but I've seen them on Amazon too. Personally, I used baby pacis so I don't have any adult ones (okay, I have one that I bought but I can't use it so we won't count it) and no custom deco ones, but I have a case that I bought at toys r us for pacis and it holds 2 baby ones so I imagine it'd hold an adult one. It has a handle which a snap so you can attach it to a bag and mine has a very cute design on it. This is it:

Small snack containers, denture boxes, sml lunch bags, or paci cases like the member above posted pics of.

Denture boxes with stickers on them are cute. ^^

Wash with warm water and maybe a very small amount of detergent- although tbh I don’t use detergent because it’s hard to remove the taste of it.

Deco pacies are risky when washing, unless you know for sure what the decorations have been attached with and that it’s waterproof. Don’t always assume, it might fall apart. :3

You can always clean the nippy bit without getting the shield wet though.

You could also try denture cleaning solution and soak your paci for a couple of hours, but maybe just plain undecorated ones.

I dont wash the decorative part, I just wash the shield and teat. I soak the shield and teat in mouthwash. Yea it tingles for a bit even after a good rinsing but it makes your breath smell nice and it make sure there are definitely no nasty germs on it. I bought my paci with a matching adult paci box off etsy. The store I purchased mine from sells just the boxes for pacis. My only paci and box have moons, stars and clouds on it. It's so cute.

So, I guess I am the odd one, I use toothpaste and my toothbrush to clean mine. One came with the case, and my other did not. It sits next to my bed. Now I am going to look for a case....

I boil them every couple weeks. But initially I use soap and water after each use and keep them in a suade drawstring bag

Oh wow! I didn't know there's actual pretty cases for them ... (Looby runs out to the shops) .... if accessories and little bags are a kink, I have it  :D

Mine is in a small pastel colour food container. (Basically a pretty plastic tub with a lid.)

Mine is in a steel container that has suction top lid . It’s just big enough For my pacifier ( adult Nuk 6 ) , and possibly another adult pacifier . It stays locked down tight so no bugs can get in . It stays on my side table next to my bed . You can get the containers at Walmart I believe , although if you like the atheistic , try to find a clear one so you can see your pacifiers in there , or cover it in stickers .
