Does anyone else gets lots of friend requests when they bump their ad but no follow up message?

I understand it can be frustrating to have someone add you and be silent, but think of it this way, they showed you atleast some interest by adding you, they are propably jittery and scared not to mess up, rewriting their first hello a thousand times before getting discouraged and then drop it.

 

I can see what you mean, but speaking as a little i have a very different viewpoint.

i wouldn't expect a DD to be too nervous to send the first message!!!

 

And that means it's even worse if they don't respond to the pleasant message i send when i accept the FR that THEY made to me! i had the guts to send a nice message? and they can't even have the manners to respond to their own FR?

I do admit Looby that I got nothing in defence of a DD who doesnt send a response after adding and receiving a polite message from a little. That just seems all kinds of wrong to me, cannot compute. I hope boys regognizing themselves in this choose to become men and straighten themselves up , its never too late!

If I/they accept a friend request and I get no reply to a message after a while, I'd just unfriend them. I don't care to have a large number of "friends". I also don't like wasting my time. I like to know that I can talk to the people I befriend. If I can't talk to them, I see no point. They'd just be there as decoration. I don't like that.
