Daddy's having trouble with distance?

Hey there, im a little with a naughty brat attitude sometimes and my Daddy finds it difficult handling/controlling me because he lives in a different city. We see each other every few months, but other than that Facebook/phone calls is our communication. Also I have trust/insecurity issues, and he doesn't always take me seriously or realise how important loyalty is to a sub like me
Just wondering if anyone has some tips on how to help with any of this, thanks
