Time of the month and diapers

Hi! So can anyone tell me if its a good or bad thing to wear diapers while being on your big girl period? I'm a little nervous cuz i just started periods and the main reason I like them is that clean feeling... and I'm nervous i wouldn't get that same feeling if i wore them while on my period. HELP!!

I don't think it's either good or bad. It's more like do you like it or not?

 

You could wear a tampon while wearing the diaper so the diaper remains clean.

I don’t think wearing them during “shark week” is bad, as long as you use the same hygiene rules as wearing a pad, changing them after so many hours.

 

If you want to remain cleaner, maybe try wearing a tampon? Just a thought.

I don't use diapers because I don't feel comfortable wearing them with my family around (I live at home) even though I would like to wear them.

 

But if I did wear them I would probably wear them on my "lighter days" towards the end of my period. It's less blood so less mess. That way if you decide to leave the diaper on a little longer it's not as much blood to deal with.
