Digital art progam reccomendations?

Hello! I saw that there were some monthly colouring pages (not sure if its still a thing since i can't seem to find it atm) but I can't print them off and saw some littles had used digital art programs and i'm just wondering if you use one would you recommend it? I really wanna do a coloring page aswell but it seems i can only use a digital art program.

I currently use an app called Happy Colour which is kind of like a paint by numbers but I think there might be a lot other free apps to try or a quick search on google should show websites if you don’t want to use apps

I personally use Firealpaca because I'm a (broke) digital artist, and although the program is free it comes with a lot of great features. I used it to do my most recent piece for the January coloring page!
