iPad Mini 4

So I apologise because I can imagine that there are a fair amount of questions about this but I recently just got an iPad Mini 4 and I've never owned any Apple products before so I'm wondering what cool apps I can download. I originally thought I could get the Memoji app thing on the ipad with ios12 but unfortunately that's only ipad Pro since this ipad doesn't have face ID

 

It would be cool to get a mix of app or game suggestions especially ones I can use without wifi/data. I do not have a caregiver so although apps like Chore monster are cool I feel bad using them if I don't have anyone to really monitor that
