Guest Baby_Kitty9818 Posted December 27, 2018 Report Posted December 27, 2018 So,I'm a little who has struggled with insomnia for a few years now...and that leads to problems when I'm in little space (mega brat). Do any of my fellow littles have the same problem? And if so,how do you cope with it???? 1
mouse5 Posted December 27, 2018 Report Posted December 27, 2018 Right now it’s 5am and I’m wide awake. I’ve been up all night pretty much. It’s not abnormal for me to do stuff like this but my time zone in my head is especially mixed up right now since I just got home from a trip to another country. I cope with it by watching tv or just closing my eyes for a hour~ish while listening to music. That’s how I cope with it most of the time. I feel like a owl or vampire right now. Lol.
LittleCelticLass Posted December 27, 2018 Report Posted December 27, 2018 I suffer insomnia, and other sleep issues, but the lack of sleep doesn't make me bratty, I'm rarely a brat, it makes me sleepy, cuddly, and occasionally fussy. 1
smallprincesssarah Posted December 30, 2018 Report Posted December 30, 2018 My insomnia is so awful and it makes me the grumpiest little. I usually try to fix it with melatonin (or wine) before turning to Advil PM. The melatonin does wonders for me, tho there was a time in college where my insomnia was so bad that I was prescribed Ambien. :U
Momma'sBoy Posted January 1, 2019 Report Posted January 1, 2019 I'm an occasional insomniac. I don't usually have a problem, but once in a while I'll be tossing and turning till 2-3am or wake up at 4-5 and just not be able to fall asleep. At times like that I wish I had a mommy who's bed i could crawl into, the warmth and security are usually enough to put my little mind to sleep.
Guest CaptainAmerica97 Posted January 4, 2019 Report Posted January 4, 2019 I am insomniac and I have trouble controlling it period. I have found a Vitamin called Melatonin helps you sleep. It's not the prescription that Doctor's prescribe that makes you drowsy all through out the days. The Vitamin helps you sleep at night, its all natural and you won't get addicted to the sleep aid like you would if you took what the doctors give you. All it is, is just a vitamin that helps you sleep at night and it works.
Quirkygrl16 Posted January 5, 2019 Report Posted January 5, 2019 I go through bouts of it. I make sure to limit my sugar, drink lotsa water. Listen to calming music at night
