I never met my father and my dad who raised me was from Macedonia. I consider myself to be Arab American even though I never grew up around them. I don't really identify myself as being white, even though my family swears to have raised me as "white". I was raised like an Albanian girl, even though i never learned the language. I was treated like an Albanian girl growing up and my dad who was from Macedonia, loved me and raised me like I was his blood.

My mom is Native American/Spanish and my dad is Spanish/Sicilian. I have light skin with olive undertones, and I think I look like a Latina, but some people get confused. I consider myself a Mexican American and I'm super proud of the fact that I have multiple countries to root for come World Cup time.
